In the Elbow Room, the focus is to relieve pain, tension, improve mobility, and provide healing from acute and/or chronic conditions. Our bodies have an amazing ability to recover from disease or injury, and massage is one way we can increase that ability, or speed it up. Assisting you on your journey to better health and wellness is my passion.
