In the Elbow Room, the focus is to relieve pain, tension, improve mobility, and provide healing from acute and/or chronic conditions. Our bodies have an amazing ability to recover from disease or injury, and massage is one way we can speed up and/or increase that ability. Assisting you on your journey to better health and wellness is my passion.
